Important notice
By installing, activating, or using HaoCut, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
1. License
Subject to this agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for personal or commercial video work on devices you own or control. Device counts and entitlements are defined at purchase.
2. Restrictions
- Do not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, or share the software or license.
- Do not bypass protection or reverse engineer except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not use HaoCut to infringe rights, break the law, attack systems, or disrupt the service.
3. Your content and AI output
You retain rights in your media and outputs and are responsible for having permission to process them. Automated transcripts, classifications, highlights, and edit suggestions may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before important use.
4. Updates, privacy, and termination
We may issue updates. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their licenses. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. You may terminate by uninstalling; serious breach may result in suspension where permitted by law.
5. Warranty and liability
HaoCut is provided as available. We do not promise perfect AI results, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with every device or third-party application. Back up important work. Limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not remove non-waivable consumer rights.
6. Law and contact
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be discussed in good faith and otherwise brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. Contact legal@haoai.pro.
